Sarah Seymore

Sarah Francis Ackes Seymore was born October 23, 1932 in Saluda. She was the daughter of the late Mason T. and LeEsther Ackes. She entered eternal rest August 1, 2025 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her daughter, Sharon Davis; granddaughter, Shara Seymore; sister, Sylvia Strond and brother, Phillip Beverley.

Sarah leaves to cherish her memory one son, W. Vernon Seymore; five grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren; one brother, James Beverley; one sister, Edith Johns and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Rose of Sharon Community Church 825 West 7th Street Plainfield, New Jersey. Viewing the hour prior to the service.

The interment will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 22, 2025 at the Immanuel Baptist Church Cemetery, Town Bridge Road, Saluda.
