Regina Carter

Regina Jackson Carter was born July 21, 1949. She departed this life on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. She was a resident of Middlesex County. Regina was the oldest of 13 siblings.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Paulette Jones, Debra Washington, Sandra Washington, Carolyn Brown and Victoria Oliver. Regina is survived by her husband, Garland Carter; her daughters, Irene Harcum, Valerie Jackson and Tia Lester (Jakorri); son, Kenneth Jackson; her sisters, Violene Washington, Shelia Keyser and Charlotte Brooks; brothers, Xavier Washington, Michael Washington, James Washington  and George Washington; eleven grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Special thanks is extended to Demetria Key, Linda Griffin and Roy Hudnall.

The viewing will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 11, 2024 at the funeral home. The viewing continues 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2024, with the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
