Michael Williams

Michael Edward Williams, 39,  passed away unexpectedly on December 2, 2023. He lived life to the fullest, making friends everywhere he visited. Michael, aka "Mikey", "Mike-Mike" , and at times, "Ricky Bobbi" loved riding his motorcycles. He enjoyed operating heavy equipment; bulldozers and backhoes. He was always lending a hand helping anyone who needed help with anything from construction to landscaping to working on vehicles to just hanging out listening to friends who needed a friendly ear. Mike grew up enjoying Cub Scouts, baseball and loved playing basketball which he passed his loved of basketball on to his daughter, Kayla.

Michael was preceded in death by his material grandmother, who he lovingly called "Nanaw", Edna O. Williams and paternal grandmother, "Grandma Jerri", Jearlean Y. Jordan.

Michael is survived by his mother,  Debbie Williams of Jamaica; his daughter, Kayla Mullins of Mathews; his granddaughters, Kayloni, Kayden and  Kayleigha Carter; his sister, Amanda (Kim) Williams; his uncle, Freddie (Clemmie) Williams; his stepfather, Duane Wilkins. he is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and his 'adopted" family who will remember him with cherished memories,

His family will conduct a memorial service 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Lebanon Baptist Church, Saluda. Rev. Janel Pleasants officiating. 

Anyone  who would like to make a donation in honor of Michael, a fund is being setup with Atlantic Union Bank for his daughter and grandchildren.
