Lottie Pinkey Hall was born November 22, 1921. She passed away Monday, October 26, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Julius Augustus Byrd and Pinky West Byrd; husband, Herbert N. Hall and daughter, Christine Charlotte Irby. She is survived by her son, Herbert A. Hall (Dorothy) of Baltimore, Maryland and daughter, Maxine C. Gardner-McGee (Oscar) of Saluda and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be private.
