James P. Randall was born May 5, 1960. He departed this life on Saturday, January 25, 2025. The funeral service will be1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, Gloucester. Interment is private. The viewing will be two hours prior to the service.
