Helena Williams Powell was born July 14, 1928. She passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021. Her husband, Hamilton O. Powell preceded her in death in 1996. The funeral service was held Saturday, February 20, 2021 at March Funeral Home - West in Baltimore, Maryland. A graveside service and interment will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 27, 2021 at First Baptist Church Amburg Old Cemetery, Deltaville.
