Alice Lockley

Alice L. Lockley, 92, was a native of the Stormont community of Middlesex County. She was a resident of New York for many years and at the time of her death. She was the youngest of ten children (six brothers and four sisters) and the last surviving sibling.

She is survived by nieces, Lucy, Alice and Linda Smith and Mary Davis of Mathews, Queen Lockley and Angela Lockley Mays of New York and Elmyrth Taliaferro of Yorktown; nephews, James Sr. of Mathews and Elmore Lockley Jr. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and a cousin, Ruby Briggs of Locust Hill.

The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Antioch Baptist Church, Saluda. Interment in the church cemetery.
